My opinion is that this is slightly better for white, but it is hard to judge.

The keima of f16 with the variation up to d14 has been seen a lot in pro games few years a go, like some fashion phenomenom. And after sometimes it suddenly disappeared becoming less popular. One conclusion might be that pro discovered this move, studied it for sometimes and decided that the variation was not good for black, which would acknowldge my opinion that white is faborable. Still. it is a complicated pattern interesting to play.]))
